By accessing or using Stompy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Stompy is a managed AI memory service that provides persistent context storage for AI assistants via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service allows you to store, retrieve, and manage memory contexts for your AI workflows.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Store illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Store sensitive personal data without proper authorization

5. Pricing and Billing

The Service is currently in beta and available for free. After the beta period, the Service will be offered at $4.99 per month with a 14-day free trial for new users. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of your billing period. No payment information is required during the trial period.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you store in Stompy. We do not claim ownership of your data. However, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOMPY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
